Customer Experience Representative

The Role

At Don Green Electric, our customers are our top priority and we're looking for a remote Customer Experience Representative with great communication skills to join our team! We are a local, family-owned small business serving the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches looking for a CSR willing to learn and grow with our company. This position will begin with basic call handling and customer experience management with potential for growth as an office manager.

The Customer Experience Representative will work in a fast paced and multi-tasked environment, and take ownership of commercial and residential leads received via telephone & email.

The Customer Experience Representative will be in charge of scheduling estimates & service calls, taking emergency calls, monitoring dispatch, and keeping customers up to date on any changes in their appointments. This position requires organization to ensure maximum efficiency of our technician's schedules, adaptability to make changes throughout the day as needs arise, and great communication skills with customers, technicians, and the internal team.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for anyone calling Don Green Electric and you will ensure that anyone who contacts us has a great experience. Your main objective is to maintain and cultivating positive relationships with new and existing customers.


  • Answering the phone, greeting callers, and scheduling.

  • Appointment scheduling using company scheduling protocols and internal scheduling database software.

  • Directs calls to appropriate individuals or department after obtaining adequate information.

  • Displays professional courtesy at all times.


  • Must be fluent in English - able to speak English at an advanced level with outstanding sentence structure, spelling and grammar.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

  • Hall of Fame work ethic and ability to learn at rapid speed


  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers & internal team.

  • Tech savvy and computer literate.

  • High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

  • Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.


  • Starting salary of $15/hour
